The room we stayed in was very clean, which was a huge plus for us. The bed was also really comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to the event we were attending. these factors made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.
The room did not match the pictures we saw online. It was a bit disappointing to arrive and find a different setup than what we expected.

I loved nearby Chili's Grill & Bar, they had nice drinks. A reasonable base for exploring Sumter. Parking was provided to the guests...

i liked the location and friendly staff/
I didn't like the strong disinfective smell when entering the room. One of the other guest put a grill in front of my door when I walked out the morning that I was leaving.

Lumpy Bed, some things needed work, security door latch was barely held on with 2 screws and the other 2 were missing, smoke detector was taken down because it wouldn't quit beeping

It was Awful!!!!! The desk was unmanned. I left and went shopping and upon my return the clerk was eating supper with her honey in the breakfast area. I was assigned a room where the wall lights did not work, the curtains wouldn'T. Close and were falling from rhe rods and the closet doors would not close. I rwfused to even bring my luggage into thr room. Ut was disgraceful. I will never book again and I travel a great deal.

The matress's looked new and the bed was clean.
No smoke detector, the wires were hanging in the wall. The hot & cold water in the bathroom were reversed. The table and chairs were very unstable....almost ready to break. Cigarette burns in the bed spread. Room smelled really "stale"

The location of this hotel is great, very close to the downtown area. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the room was well equipped with a microwave and fridge, which came in handy. the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean.
The room was very outdated and smelled musty. the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the neighboring rooms.

Our room at this motel was tastefully decorated and we also appreciated the simple and attractive colors of the exterior. A member of the morning staff (Donna) went out of her way to help us find our way to our next destination.

Close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room had a good size and included a fridge and microwave.
I have to say it was the worst Christmas ever. The hotel was dirty and outdated.
